As most of you know, I will be out of the office from Saturday, February 14 – Monday, March 9 with my husband, traveling through Thailand for our honeymoon.  We are beyond excited… And you should be, too, as I will be taking some time to study Thai Massage techniques that I cannot wait to share with all of you!

If you are interested in booking an appointment with me upon my return, I am available beginning Tuesday, March 10.  Please feel free to email me at  I will have internet access at some points throughout our trip, and look forward receiving your note.  When inquiring about availability, please specify if you are interested in a morning/afternoon/evening session on either a Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday and I will respond to you as soon as possible.

Stay warm and be well!

Tuesday, February 10 (tomorrow!) is the last day to purchase a Gift Certificate for massage from me before Valentine’s Day.

I work with a lot of people, and some of the most appreciative are those that get to experience a free massage. It truly is a way to connect with those that you love, and allow them to connect with themselves.  A beautiful gift.

1 hour gift certificates are $100 and 90-minute gifts are $130.

Call or email me through to purchase!

Stay warm and be safe, New York! I am currently taking appointments for next week — Massage is a great way to recover from shoveling snow. 😉

I am completely obsessed with hamstrings right now! Restricted (or short) and adhesioned hamstrings contribute to lower back pain, knee issues and even headaches. Stretching your hamstrings is an essential part of maintaining healthy posture. Massage is also beneficial! If you, or someone you know, is suffering from any of these things, book an appointment with me. You won’t regret it!

Teach me to trust these things so that I may enter my sacred space and love beyond my fear, and thus walk in balance with the passing of each glorious sun.
